Planning and Building Regulation Drawings for a development of 13 Homes in West Drayton, London
This project involved demolition of the existing derelict building on the site and, design, planning and technical working drawings for the construction of 13 new housing association homes. I designed the development, provided the planning drawings, obtained the planning permissions and produced the technical drawings.
House type technical drawings with all information condensed onto A1 drawings sheets, reduces paperwork and enables easy to read drawings
Additional drawing information assists in the assessments for external materials approval ,life time homes, part m compliance and secure by design
