This project consisted of the demolition of an exiting terrace property and the construction 7 new build apartments and 2 shops.
This project consisted of the demolition of an exiting terrace property and the construction 7 new build apartments and 2 shops.
For this project I designed the apartments, produced the planning drawings and obtained the planning permission, and provided the technical drawings.

Site plans, floor plans, and accommodation schedule were provided to support the planning application
Technical Drawings
Technical drawings assisted the construction of the new property, setting out the foundations, ordering materials, communicating to sub contractors and completed the building to the desired finishes as illustarted on the drawings.
Site layouts enabled the preparation and installation for below ground drainage, incoming new services gas, electric, water and data.
External works layout communicated the works required to complete the gardens and parking and footpaths.
